Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of the RunWiki app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Not medical advice
The Service provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. Running and exercise involve risk of injury. You use the Service and follow any plan at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding what is safe for you.
Generated content
Wiki pages, plans, projections and answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Projected times are estimates, not guarantees. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions about your health or training.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You keep ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a license to use it only as needed to operate, provide and improve the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, including by interfering with it, accessing it by unauthorized means, accessing other users' data, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
Our property
The Service, including its software, design and content (other than your content), is owned by RunWiki.
App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and RunWiki, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard terms for licensed applications also apply.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms, and your continued use after an update means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunWiki will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RunWiki harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
